Empire Motoworks stands behind the workmanship and service we provide on all motorcycles and motorized vehicles sold and serviced through us. While we strive to ensure every ride is exceptional, if you're not completely satisfied with our work, our Customer Service team is here to support you — and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Guarantee Limitations

  • Our guarantee applies only to services and repairs performed by Empire Motoworks. Manufacturer defects or unrelated issues may require support through the original manufacturer warranty.
  • Due to seasonal considerations, our guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of service or purchase.
  • In most cases, resolving an issue requires an in-person inspection or test ride with one of our technicians. If that’s not possible, alternative solutions may be discussed.

When submitting a request, include:

  • A description of the issue (attach photos if possible)
  • A copy or image of your receipt or invoice
  • Your full name and a phone number where we can reach you
